These deviled eggs are our favorite. The special ingredient is horseradish :: just enough to make them super tasty. The relish I used this time was a tad watery which made the filling a little soft. Next time I'll strain the relish if it looks to be too runny. The recipe calls for paprika as a garnish but I snipped some Johnny Jump Ups from the garden. We're having a cookout today for some of our favorite people so these eggs need to be extra special.
