Ina Garten's cookbook, Barefoot Contessa Back To Basics contains a delicious recipe called Fruit Salad with Limoncello. It's a bowlful of beautiful berries tossed with sugar and limoncello liqueur and topped with a lemon yogurt mixture. I made a modified version of this over the weekend, leaving out the liqueur (there were children visiting) and using just a tad of orange juice instead. The topping is made with Greek yogurt, lemon curd, honey and vanilla. It's nice. Very nice. I was happy to see that the recipe is posted on the food network website so I can share it with you. Enjoy!
