Another Healthy Breakfast Shake

This shake recipe comes from my naturopathic physician. It is beautiful to look at and delicious to drink.
Blueberry Power Shake
1 frozen banana
3/4 cup frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon flax seed oil
1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
1 cup apple juice (or unsweetened soy or almond milk, or coconut water)
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon rice protein powder
A friend of mine introduced me to Green Vibrance and we've been putting it in our smoothies for added nutritional benefit. It doesn't influence the taste a bit and my naturopath agrees that it is a great addition to his recipe.
