I'm taking our college graduate shopping today to pick up a few more dress shirts and ties to complete his wardrobe. The new job starts on Monday and he'll be moving to a shared townhouse in the next couple of weeks. It's all very exciting and positive but I'd be lying if I said that the permanency of the separation isn't a bit hard to swallow from a mother's point of view. That said, I'm so very proud of him and the person he's become.
