Slowly but surely the signs of spring are emerging. The lush green daylilies have popped through the ground in full force,

and the first Star Magnolia bud has started to open. We missed the blooming season for this tree last year since it was planted just a tad afterward. It will be a nice treat to see it in full bloom this season.
