1 1/2 cups olive oil
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
3 cloves garlic
4 tablespoons sugar (I use about a tablespoon agave nectar instead)
4 tablespoons dijon mustard
Wisk together and serve with mixed greens.
Last night we served it on this salad made of fresh organic spring greens, avacado, mango, baked salmon and freshly ground black pepper. Delish!!
Good morning, Well here it is breakfast time and I am wanting that salad! It will be on my grocery list for sure. Love the dressing container.
