1 1/2 cups olive oil
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
3 cloves garlic
4 tablespoons sugar (I use about a tablespoon agave nectar instead)
4 tablespoons dijon mustard
Wisk together and serve with mixed greens.Last night we served it on this salad made of fresh organic spring greens, avacado, mango, baked salmon and freshly ground black pepper. Delish!!
