This was a happy accident. It was one of those days when I didn't think about dinner until it was time for dinner and I had no idea what we were going to have for dinner.
A little brown rice, a can of chick peas, a bag of frozen veggies and some satay peanut sauce all thrown together.
Colorful, tasty, and served in one of my very favorite bowls. My idea of a fast food meal. Yum.
