December Magic

This simple little Christmas accessory is, without a doubt, my favorite.  I know the magic that happens, but seem to forget from year to year.  Between seven forty-five and eight o'clock in the morning :: that's the window of time.  It takes my breath away.  

There's a birthday in our family today and I'm trying my hand at making cake balls.  The birthday boy's mentioned them several times since he first tasted one over a year ago. These are strawberry and cream cheese and they'll be dipped in semi-sweet chocolate and drizzled with a little white for fun.

Good thing birthdays happen only once per year.
