We went to a cookout yesterday and boy do our friends know how to entertain. "The Chef" somehow knows how to cook a delicious meal and have it all come together flawlessly :: even when a heavy downpour comes at the most inopportune time. This outdoor dinner turned into an indoor meal on heated plates and all. And "The Chef's Wife", well she's all about the pretty serving dishes and fun little cocktail napkins. We were served grilled filet, portabello mushrooms, and roasted potatoes - Yum!
